How does 100-days trial period work? + -

We are offering our customers to try our mattress for 100 days at your home. In the event that you find the mattress does not meet your expectations, we have a straightforward return policy in place with a full refund, but I believe you will fall in love with Napureflex. Due to our body needing time to adapt to a new mattress, you are only allowed to return after trying 30days.

Are there any charges for return? + -

No, it's a free return.

Do I need to keep the packaging box or plastic wrap for return? + -

No for the box, but please keep the plastic wrap for mattress return.

How do I return the mattress? + -

Just email to our support or chat with our customer service, provide us your order details.
Our team will guide you through the necessary steps and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

When can I expect to receive my refund? + -

Upon receiving the returned mattress, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the mattress. Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will process your refund. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

What will you do for the return mattress? + -

Returned mattresses will be donated to charity or sent for disposal, so you don’t have to worry about buying a mattress returned by someone else.

Yes, it’s free delivery to your home within Malaysia, but we currently deliver within West Malaysia only.

Next day delivery within klang valley, 1-5 working days for peninsular malaysia.

Warranty coverage

How does 10-years warranty cover + -

-The warranty covers only manufacturing defects with a visible indentation of more than 2cm on Napure latex
-Normal body impression on the quilted outer cover is not considered a manufacturing defect.
-The warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse, including among others, placing the mattress on a poor bed frame, jumping, spilling liquid on the mattress etc.
-If the warranty is triggered within the first 2 years upon delivery, Napureflex will at its discretion repair or replace the Napure mattress at no charge (excluding transportation charges).
-If the warranty is triggered after the first 2 years, the owner will have to bear a pro-rated cost of 1/10th per year of the prevailing list price plus transportation charge.
- This warranty does not cover damage done by natural disasters.
- This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How do I make a warranty claim? + -

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at Customer Support Contact and provide your order details. Note: Please retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase for warranty claims.

How long will Napureflex need to expand? + -

Once you unbox the Napureflex, leave it for expansion and it will take the full shape at least 24 hours. Share or tag us your unbox magic moment in Tiktok or Instagram, a free gift will be given away for you.

When can I sleep on Napuflex? + -

Once unboxed, it may take up 24 to 48 hours to fully expand and regain its original shape. However, We recommend allowing your mattress at least one hour to expand before you can sleep on it.

Do I need to flip the Napureflex once a while? + -

Napureflex is "Turn-Free" mattress. This means you do not need to periodically flip and rotate your mattresses to maintain them. Our latex layers are already optimized for comfort and support.

How long can Napureflex be kept inside the delivery box? + -

The sooner you unbox the better it inflates to its shape. Recommended not to keep more than 2 weeks.

Does the Napureflex sleep hot? + -

No, Napureflex is covered with Cool-silk fabric that provides a cool and refreshing sleeping surface for sleepers.

What is the weight and how big is the box? + -
